Big event going down at Egg on the 27th of Feb for those who like a little (or a lot) of electro. The Bloody Beetroots will be taking centre stage, and we highly recommend you don't miss out. It is all too often we hear "The next Daft Punk" then the band is only good for about a day. But the Bloody Beetroots deserve all the accolades you can throw at them. Just check out their Myspace.
The Bloody Beetroots, for those who are discovering them right now, mix nearly every music genre and culture into one. They don't stand-up at a club and pretend to be pushing a few buttons whilst shouting at the crowd. These guys, who are as secretive as The Stig, really do know what they are doing. They are mixing everything you've ever heard, giving you hip hop, electro, punk, rock, pop all mixed in under a classical umbrella. Every song has a story, and when your drunk out of your head, you can't help but follow them on their adventure.
We've got no idea when these guys are even going to be back in the country, so experience while you can. Tickets.
