More About This
---

Avenue Q is a musical about a group of puppets (and humans) living in New York. Right from the off the show spirals into a world of unemployment, love and puppet sex. That's right.

If you thought Phantom of the Opera was good...go see it again, because Avenue Q isn't anything like it. Avenue Q is all about being young, struggling in the world of finding a job, moving away from home, building new relationships and....porn (inside joke). A farcry from the traditional world of musicals, where beautiful love stories and world-class orchestra's dazzle the Queen and guests. At Avenue Q you wouldn't be misplaced in jeans and a hat.

The songs are also quirky and, I say this with no exageration, hilarious. Just look at the video. The songs are all well placed in the context of the show, and with weekday tickets starting at £10, it could be the best (and cheapest...shhh) date you've ever been on!

We live on Avenue Queeeeeeee, Avenue Queeee.

Oh, word of warning: the songs are addictive. Be prepared to sing them for a good fortnight.

Well worth going to see. Its hilarious, the songs are so catchy you find yourself singing them weeks after youve seen the show. You can normally get cheap tickets so would make a great bday present for a mate
