It's hard not to get excited about Dover Street Market, and not only will you be surprised not to have heard about it...but you'll feel like you've committed a crime for not! Dover Street Market is the Guerilla concept aimed at exhibiting and selling clothes in a new way. They believe in strong themes and personalisation. The whole place is full of the biggest established and upcoming fashion labels from all over the world, all having essentially a stall area to theme and sell from. And the creativity is just...woah.
It is kinda like 6 floors of the clothing area of Selfridges. But here, every brand HAS to stand out. They offer the newest and coolest must have clothing around, and have all worked their...cough...off to make their stall the most interesting and eye catching. This place has basically spat in the face of big department stores everywhere and said "no...shopping should be better". And, yes...it is.
If your the creative type or looking to get into fashion you HAVE to go here. Every Young Londoner should have this place installed into their Sat Nav, on their iPhone or at least favourited on their YNG LDN profile.
