When a big UK film is set to be released, it is pretty much in the YNG LDN contract to talk about it. "Shifty" is full of upcoming urban talent, with Riz MC staring as Shifty, and Danny Mays playing his best friend. Sway also pops up for the official soundtrack alongside actor slash musician Riz MC. 

Shifty is all shaping up to be a "proper" UK film, with a story that would sit nicely in a Guy Ritchie movie and in a setting familar with the "ulthood" (being Kidulthood and Adulthood) films. The film is based around a dude called Shifty, a young crack dealer, which follows what can only be described as a nuts 24 hours, all set off when he best mate Chris turns up. Because we don't want to be one of those places that list every event in the film before you even get to see it, we'll just leave it with that little brief and you in the knowledge that this film will (well...probably) be nominated for the Best UK Film.

Normally we'd add a little video of the soundtrack, but because we're not lawyers, judges, barristers or any other legally trained professional, we have no idea whether or not someone might actually sue us for doing so. This time we're just going to play it safe and put up the trailer : )
