You might be asking yourself, why would I want to advertise on here? You might not, but you might. Well, it's because we are GOING to be the most popular London based website for young people (16 - 28 years old predominantly), with a strong dedication to and influence on what is cool, through using our magazine and directory pages. We are currently getting higher and higher in search engine rankings everyday and through non-internet promotion, we are increasing our awareness around London.

YNG LDN will give you the chance to associate your business with the coolest things around town, not bad company to be in if we do say so ourselves. YNG is full of vibrancy and colours. Our audience like things that are creative and don't follow the same mundane models a lot of businesses do today. If your business/charity/promotional campaign stands out as cool, if it does creative things, YNG LDN is the place to advertise it.

YNG LDN users

The demographic your advertisement will reach are generally outgoing, they enjoy socialising and split their time between working/studying, being online visiting sites such as Facebook and Myspace to keep up with friends, and YNG LDN to keep up on the latest info useful to them. YNG LDN users are often creative and enjoy buying trendy clothes that are vibrant and represent their generation. These amazing people (we're allowed to say that!) are also upcoming professionals, with many recently graduating or starting their careers. The average Londoner leaves home at 28, so when taking into account the most common graduating age is 22, that gives a typical YNG LDN user (if such a thing exists) 6 years of potential working time with very little overheads for their lifestyle. This allows them to spend quite freely on things they enjoy, such as clubbing, the latest fashion, new music, etc, which we are the areas we proudly work in.

We have a number of advertising opportunities currently available, and we are always working on making the ads more effective, by understanding the constant changes of our audiences demands and by opening up other ways for brands and companies to get recognized.

Video's

We have a video section on the top left of most of our pages. The only pages this section isn't visible is the Article pages for discoveries and blogs postings. We like to keep this area for cool video's we have found on sites like Youtube, so we can either display up and coming musical and animations based talents, or just cool funny ass video's. 

This area from time to time is open to advertise on, and if you are interesting in getting your music recognized or have a video for a company you feel would suit this area, please forward us the link to the video (preferably on Youtube) and we shall give it a play. Because we do want creative video's in this area, we will have to be a little bit picky (not too) but it will help us keep this area interesting to our audience and increase the effectiveness of advertised video's we do put up. From start-up we are currently charging £5 per day to have a video shown here, with a maximum of 1 week and minimum of 2 days viewing for the same video. 

Banners

The banners work on a random generation basis, and because our systems aren't yet at an advanced stage, we are unable to lay out specific terms of usage and measurement. It would be unfair on you, the advertisers, for us to design a payment scheme that we cannot measure. For this reason any advertisers that do want to advertise in this area, please contact us at dazza@yngldn.co.uk and we will be more than happy to negotiate terms. Please do note that each area can hold up to 5 banners at one time, and we cannot exceed that amount as of yet.
